Customers ordering from OK Pickleball have three options.

Option 1 – ORDER ONLINE

Ordering directly from Racquet Network’s online Pro Shop is the fastest way to get your paddles and balls. More than 90% of our customers using this option get their orders within 3 business days. Click here to order through our store.

Racquet Network’s website is safe and has an A+ rating with Better Business Bureau.

Option 2 – ORDER BY EMAIL

OK Pickleball’s customers also have the option of placing orders by email directly from the administrator, Brent Johner. This slows the order process down, but we offer this option because some people are not yet comfortable ordering from our online store.

Please send your email order to brentjohner@racquetnetwork.com. Once we have your order we will send you an invoice. Your order will be shipped the first day following receipt of payment.

Option 3 – ORDER BY PHONE

Customers who wish to place orders by telephone may do so through our head office in Calgary, AB, at 403-238-0687. Please call during regular business hours and please leave a message if we do not answer the phone.

Staff at Racquet Network do more than sell pickleball equipment. They also teach lessons, run programs and referee at tournaments. So we are not always able to answer the phone when it rings.
